A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I am a mom of two amazingly busy teenage boys and wife of one awesome, active husband! Apart from teaching yoga, my hobbies include off-road motorbiking with my husband, sailing, stand up paddleboarding, trail running, and longboarding. I've completed 2 full Ironman Triathlons and love endurance training.
